CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request that if you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with a 24 HOUR NOTICE in advance. This will allow us to offer the time slot to other patients who may be waiting for an appointment and ensure that our therapists' schedules are well managed.

Please note that last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee, which is subject to the FULL COST of service price.
